Jar No. 58

As I was coming home from today’s jar walk, I thought, ‘oh I hope I come home to a jar form, I haven’t had one since last week’ and lo and behold, I did.

And what an exciting form it is… Jar No. 58 has run away to join the circus! This seems rather apt for a jar that was based on the film, Black Swan.

I’ve seen or collected a jar*: Collected a jar

Your name (optional): Doug Francisco

Date jar found (optional): 01/03/2011

If you collected a jar, what motivated you to pick it up? (optional): I always look out for unusual stuff and things, found objects intrigue me, found atworks or finding natural things becoming works of art.

Where is the jar now? (optional): In the office of the circus I am a part of. www.invisiblecircus.co.uk

I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to hear that one of my jars has ended up in a circus. Doug also left a lovely comment on the jar entry saying what a magical moment it was to find the jar – thank you, Doug.

Incidentally, have you all seen this rendition of Black Swan with sock monkeys? Totally spoilerific, so don’t click if you haven’t seen the film and want to but it made me laugh hysterically.

Jar No. 43

I visited Jar No. 43 today and it’s gone.

Oh my gosh a JAR IS AT THE CIRCUS!! *SQUEE*

And not just my wee cyber circus, but a real live circus? How awesome! Thanks, Doug, for giving me a reason to squeal!

This is one of my favorite jars to date, too. I love everything about it.
